We have a dog since 2017. He always liked to lie down on our couch. We have tried all kinds of things, but the couch remained our dogs favourite.
We looked for a product that we could put on the couch, so that the dog could no longer lie down on it. But we couldn’t find anything that we liked. This is how the idea was created to develop the Bas Cover, a user and animal-friendly product that works, is affordable and also looks nice.
After a long process from idea to the first plotter model, the product has been further developed into the product it is today. Thanks to the help of friends and acquaintances who have tested the prototype several times and came up with points for improvement. The sides are closed so that cats cannot crawl underneath and lies on the couch or chair. By using Velcro you attach the seperate parts to each other and therefore any desired length can be achieved.
BAS stands for Bank Defense System and is linked to my son’s name. Thanks to the support of a number of special people around me, we succeeded in developing the Bas Cover! I am very proud that my idea can now be sold and that other people can use it.
